PRIVACY POLICY of RE:ESSENCE RESEARCH & CONSULTANCY


1. GENERAL INFORMATION.

1. The Operator of http://www.reessencerc.com Service is Re:essence Research & Consultancy  located in Kielce 25 – 005, 33 Sienkiewicza St., Poland , EU.

2. The Service obtains information about users and their activities in the technical logs recorded at the WWW server level operated by nowosz.com that runs a website available at http://www.nowosz.com

This Policy is for informational purposes only and does not substitute the security policy kept by the Service Operator in compliance with the personal data protection provisions and General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) (Regulation (EU) 2016/679) of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and the repeal of Directive 95/46 / EC.

4. With respect to data that are personal data, in light of the Personal Data Protection Act, the data administrator shall be the Service Operator.



2. INFORMATION ABOUT COOKIES.

1. The Service uses cookies.

2. The cookies files are IT data, in particular text files, which are stored in the terminal device of the Service User and intended for the use of the Service websites. Such files usually include the name of their original website, their storage time in the terminal device and the unique number.

3. SERVER LOGS.

1. The information on some users' activities is subject to logging in the server layer. Such data are only used for the administration purposes and to ensure the best quality of the rendered IT 

services. 

2. The viewed resources are identified through URL addresses. Furthermore, the following 

information may be stored:

a. time of query,

b. time of reply,

c. name of client's station - identification made through HTTP protocol,

d. information about errors that occurred during the HTTP transaction,

e. URL address of the website previously visited by the user (referrer link) - in case when the User was directed to the Service by a link,

f. information about the User's browser,

g. information about IP address.

3. The above data are not associated with particular persons who visit certain websites.


4. DISCLOSING AND OUTSOURCING OF DATA PROCESSING

1. The data are subject to disclosure to external entities exclusively within the legally permitted limits.

2. The Operator may be obliged to disclose the information collected by the Service to the bodies authorized on the basis of the tasks as resulting from the task, which are in conformity with the provisions of law.

6.2. Re:essence Research & Consultancy may transfer personal data of users to state administration authorities under applicable EU and Polish law; in particular, the existence of a suspected violation of law.


7. This policy is governed by Polish law.
